By downloading, installing, or using the maN Nilam mobile application ("App") or accessing our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform constitutes your agreement to such revisions.

2. Nature of Platform & Listing Disclaimer

maN Nilam is an online real estate discovery platform connecting buyers, sellers, brokers, and renters for land plots, agricultural properties, and residences.

3. AI Valuation & Land Insights

AI property valuation estimates generated using Google Gemini AI within the App are purely indicative estimates based on regional data points. They do not constitute official government valuation or legal surveyor certification.

4. User Responsibilities & Conduct

• You must provide accurate and genuine information when listing properties.
• You must not upload copyrighted images without authorization, misleading property prices, or fraudulent contact details.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, brand logos, UI designs, code, and trade dress associated with maN Nilam are the exclusive property of MAN NILAM TECH.

6. Termination & Account Removal

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies or engage in abusive or fraudulent behavior. Users can permanently delete their accounts anytime via the app or web deletion portal.
